References: All manuscripts should be accompanied by relevant references. The author should ensure reference to locally published studies by doing proper literature search. It may not be possible for the editor and reviewers to check the accuracy of all reference citations. To minimize such errors author should verify references against the original documents. Accountability for the Peer reviewers
i.    Submitted articles must be kept confidential and the peer reviewers must not fraud the data of the articles and at the time of publication, they cannot be used in any way.
ii.    Evaluations should be conducted objectively and without personal criticism of the author, and the authors' recognition should not influence the opinions and decisions of the referees.
iii.    The reviewers must express their opinions with supporting arguments in a maximum of 1000 words.
iv.    The reviewers may be aware of the existence of a published paper that has not been cited by the authors. In such a situation, the reviewers should discuss any fundamental similarities and overlaps between the version under review and any other published article with the editor of the journal.
v.    Manuscripts containing various reasons, such as competition, partnership, or another connections with any of the researchers and institutions involved in the conflict of interest articles, should not be assessed by the reviewers.
